We will accept, for return or exchange, items in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage by the customer. A full refund or exchange will be granted within 14 days from the shipment date. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days from the shipment date. Items must be returned with all tags attached and in the original packaging. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required on special orders.

To initiate a return, please follow these instructions:
1) Log into your account - you can access your account by clicking on "my account" at the top right of your order confirmation
2) Click on "My Orders" on the left hand side of the screen
3) Click "View" to the right of the order number in question
3) Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on "Return Item(s)"
4) Enter the quantity for the item/size you are returning
5) Complete the section on why you are returning the item
6) Select a return action
7) Enter something in the comment section
8) Click "Send"
